Paul Sarchet BSc (Hons) MRICS
Paul has over 14 years extensive experience in the commercial and residential property sectors, predominantly acting as Contract Administrator on project work and as lead surveyor in connection with the preparation of Acquisition surveys and providing Party Wall advice.
Acting as Contract Administrator for multiple commercial office refurbishment programs ranging from £250,000 to £7m and residential projects for developers and end users. Commercial project works involve installation of new services, ceilings, electrical appliances all furnishings including the refurbishment of existing building cores.
Martin S Roth BSc (Hons) BS
Martin has been actively working in the property industry for over 14 years. He holds a BSc in Building Surveying obtained from the prestigious University College of Estate Management in Reading. Martin’s wide-ranging property experience enables him to successfully communicate with people across all levels and provides property advise to a variety of clients.
Acting as Contract Administrator and Project Manager for commercial and residential refurbishment schemes both within and in Greater London. Preparing and successfully negotiating dilapidations both for tenants and for landlords. Assisting clients by offering high-level real estate and asset management advice.
